How long does it take to get my new website online?

It takes approximately 4-8 weeks to build a website from start to finish, providing we have all the information from you. This time will vary from project to project. Through project meetings, planning and discussion we’ll be able to understand your requirements and then be able to estimate a project.

How much does a website cost?

The cost of a website can vary depending on various factors, just like the cost of a car may vary. Though our website projects generally start in the RM888 range for basic business sites and range upward to RM5,000 depending on your unique needs. We have special offer web design packages for SME and Corporate, please consider one of the packages if does fit you, or speak to us if you looking for custom made site. We happy to provide you a free quotes.

What happens next? How do we start a project?

We follow a simple process for all of our websites; our web design project coordinator will guide you thru the process from providing us the content and material to kick start the project. If you’ve interested to engage us for web design, the next step is to get in touch and arrange a chat or a meeting with us.

What will you need from me?

We will provide you a CHECKLIST for info and content preparation before the project kickstart. In generally, we need

  • Your company logo
  • The images about your business, services or product
  • Images of your workplace
  • Any Videos you would like adding to the website
  • Content for the website e.g. text, PDFs etc
  • Your company Colour Scheme

If some of this might already be on the existing website, in which case it can be transferred over to the new site.

How many words ad images can I have on each page?

Unlike other companies offering similar packages, we do not place a limit on the amount of words you can have. We recognise that some pages may extend beyond the typical A4 layout and some might be smaller so we leave it up to your discretion.

Can you help me source photos for my website?

Yes. For all our websites package, we will help you source royalty free stock photos. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website at reasonable price.

Which parts of my website can I update myself?

Nearly all of it! You can update the Menu and Content Pages. You can add and remove text, images, pdf documents, as well as video.

How does the payment process work?

The project starts with a 50% deposit and 50% balance when site is completed and live

Can you help me revamp or update my existing website that another company built?

Absolutely! It’s best to have a chat with us to let us know what you’re currently working with and what your requirements are for this update.

Do I own my website?

YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you, including DOMAIN NAME, WEB HOSTING, IMAGES and WEBSITE source code. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website.  But IF for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible.
